bouncevisacard.com and Bounce VISA Card is a trading style of Bounce Network Limited, which is a referral network that upon request, refers individuals through its own network to its providers that are interested in Life Insurance and/or Private Medical Insurance and/or Estate Planning and/or Mortgages and/or Loan Services and/or General Insurance Services.
1.Bounce Life Limited advises on: Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance Bounce Life Limited is an Appointed Representative of PRIMIS Mortgage Network a trading name of First Complete Limited.
2. Bounce Home Limited facilitates: General Insurance Bounce Home Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Seopa Limited. Seopa Limited Seopa Ltd, is based at 5th Floor Link Building, Adelaide Exchange, 24-26 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GD. Seopa Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), with registration number 313860, whose permitted business is insurance mediation. Seopa Ltd is a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998, and is listed on the data protection register, Registration Z8733752
How we use your personal information
Bounce Network will use your personal information (including information provided about your dependents) to underwrite, administer, profile your purchase preference and service your Life Insurance or Private Medical Insurance Plan. By taking out a Plan with us, you consent to us using your personal information and sensitive personal information (e.g. health information). We will also use your information for statistical data analysis, management information and fraud prevention purposes. Bounce Network may also use your personal information (including information provided about your dependants) to underwrite, administer, profile your purchase preference in terms of any requests made by you that require Estate Planning, Mortgages and/or Loan Services and/or General Insurance Services.
Who we may give your personal information to
We may disclose your personal information to our various regulated companies and regulated providers, not unlimited to PruProtect and PruHealth business associates, agents or service providers for the purposes of Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Estate Planning, Mortgages and/or Loan Services and/or General Insurance Services. Your information may be used by service providers in a country outside the European Economic Area, which may not have the same standard of data protection as in the UK.
We will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
Life Insurance/Private Medical Insurance Plans
We will pass your personal information and information about your Plan to any legal or regulatory body if required to do so. We may also use your information or give it to others, for research, statistical purposes or to improve our services, but we will remove your name and address from this first. We may send copies of correspondence relating to your Plan to your Bounce Partner, if you've appointed one. We may provide information about a claim to them, although no medical information will be provided without your consent.
Your information, and that of others also covered by any Life Insurance/Private Medical Insurance Plans , may be given to other parties (for example, other insurance companies) with a view to preventing fraudulent or improper claims.
Bounce VISA Card
When applying for your Bounce VISA Card, we will pass your personal information onto Sodexo Motivation Solutions U.K. Avalon House, Breckland, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD who will in turn issue you with a Visa prepaid cashback card. Security and retention of Your Information
Your privacy is important to us and we will keep Your Information secure in accordance with our legal responsibilities.
We will take reasonable steps to safeguard against your Information being accessed unlawfully or maliciously by a third party, accidentally lost, destroyed or damaged. We also expect you to take reasonable steps to safeguard your own privacy when transferring information to us, such as not sending confidential information over unprotected email, ensuring email attachments are password protected or encrypted and only using secure methods of postage when original documentation is sent to us.

Disposal of information
Your Information will be retained by us either electronically or in paper format for a minimum of six years, or if longer than six years, the duration of Bounce Network Limited relationship with you.

This Data Protection Notice may change from time to time and you should review the contents regularly. We will notify you of any changes where we are required to do so by law.
